उत्तर- सामाजिक विकृति समाज विकासका अवरोध हुन्, सामाजिक रोग हुन् । नेपालमा खासगरी छुवाछूत, दाइजो, लागूपदार्थ दुर्व्यसन, बालश्रम शोषण, चेलीबेटी बेचविखन, भ्रष्टाचार, अन्धविश्वास, देउकी, झुमा, कमैया, छाउपडी जस्ता सामाजिक विकृतिहरू देखिएको पाइन्छ । नेपालमा यस्ता विकृति मूलतः गरिबी र अशिक्षाका कारण भएको पाइन्छ । यसका लागि रोजगारीको सिर्जना तथा शिक्षा र जनचेतनाको विस्तारगरी यिनको निराकरण गर्नुपर्दछ, यसका अरू उपायहरू निम्न छन्ः
- लैङ्गिक विभेद एवम् असमानता कम गर्ने,
- महिलामाथि हुने हिंसा घरदेखि अन्त्य गर्ने,
- दुर्गम सुगम सबै स्थानमा महिला शिक्षा तथा प्रौढ शिक्षामा जोड दिने,
- संविधान, ऐन नियम कानुनले महिलालाई दिएका हक अधिकारहरू जानकारी गराउने र तिनको पालना गर्ने, गराउने,
- हिंसापीडित महिलाको उद्धाररपुनःस्थापनाका लागि पर्याप्त स्रोत साधनको व्यवस्था गर्ने,
- दाइजो, छुवाछूत जस्ता विकृति हटाउन सामाजिक अभियान सञ्चालन गर्ने,
- गरिबोन्मुख आर्थिक सामाजिक विकासका कार्यक्रमहरू सञ्चालन गर्ने,
- समाज सुधारकाक्षेत्रमा कार्यरत राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय गैरसरकारी सङ्घसंस्थाबीच समन्वय कायम गर्ने,
- कानुनविपरीत कार्य गर्नेलाई कडा कारबाही गर्ने ।
